Consensus Comparison: It’s Been Two Weeks April 25, 2015

I skipped doing this column last week because the small changes we started making to the site a week ago caused ratings calculations to go on the fritz. While there a few more changes that need to be completed, all CRU Ratings are once again fully accurate, which means I can return to this column.

This glitch couldn’t have happened at a better time, since these past two weeks have probably been the slowest for new releases in this site’s two-year history. Only two new releases were covered for the weekend of April 17, one this weekend and I threw in Black Souls below, since it was rounded up a little too late for the April 11th edition of this column. The slate of new releases sound much more promising beginning next week, the first of the summer movie season.
