  • It’s a mishmash of Romero, Lovecraft, and run-of-the-mill occult nonsense (including a straight rip-off of Goblin’s DAWN OF THE DEAD score.) New characters show up out of nowhere without a whit of craft or care as to their place in the barely sensical story, but it has its moments: a stray intuitive camera move here and there, and a "live" burial scene that’s well built and genuinely eerie.
